Our Intermediate Camogs battled hard in a thrilling clash against Navan O'Mahonys that ended in a dramatic draw.

The game got off to a lively start with a superb long-range point from Maggie Randle, quickly answered by Navan. It was a back-and-forth affair in the first half, with Maggie adding three more points (including a free) and Navan keeping the pressure on. A pivotal moment came when Navan’s full forward was brought down in the square - but goalkeeper Aideen Ferry pulled off a brilliant penalty save to preserve our lead.

Navan levelled early in the second half, but Eve O’Riordain swung momentum back in our favour with a perfectly placed lobbed goal. Both sides traded points, with Maggie Randle notching two more and Navan responding with frees and open-play scores.

With Donaghmore Ashbourne clinging to a one-point lead in the final moments, Navan were awarded a free and slotted it over to share the spoils.
